What platforms are supported?

All our products run on macOS 10.12 and later, with native Apple Silicon (M1-M5) support. We do not currently support Windows.

What DAWs are compatible?

Pro Tools (AAX), Logic Pro (AU), Cubase/Nuendo (VST3), Ableton Live (AU/VST3), Studio One (VST3), and other VST3-compatible DAWs. Some Dspatial products are AAX-only.

How do I authorize my plugin?

All products use iLok for licensing. Install iLok License Manager, sign in, find your license, and drag it to your computer or iLok USB dongle.

Where do I find my serial codes?

Log into your account on our website and go to the Serials section. All your serial codes are listed there.

How do I download a demo?

All our products have free, fully functional demos. Visit the product page and click Download Demo, or go to the Downloads section.

My plugin doesn't show in my DAW

Verify the correct format is installed (AAX for Pro Tools, AU for Logic, VST3 for others). Rescan plugins in your DAW and restart it.
